Q – What is a Legacy Video Book?
A – A video book is a book that opens up, and inside has a screen that automatically plays a video. You can also customize the front by placing a photo inside the clear sleeve on the cover.
Q – What is a Digital Video Album?
A – A digital video album is the same product as a video book. It's called a digital video album because, instead of physical photos, all your photos, videos, and music are stored inside the device (the Legacy Video Book).

A – Yes, you can order a sample of the Legacy Video Book to test out before committing to a larger quantity.

Q – What Kind of Battery Does My Video Book Use?
A – Lithium-Ion battery. This battery is rechargeable, and each video book includes the charging cable.
Q- How Long Does it Take to Fully Recharge the Legacy Video Book?
A – Depending on the screen size, it can take 1-4 hours to fully recharge from 0% battery. The smaller the screen, the less time it will take to recharge.
Q- How Do I Charge the Legacy Video Book?
A – All of the video books come with a Micro-USB cord for you to recharge the device. The USB-A side (the larger plug end) will fit into most USB bases or computer USB-A ports.
Q – How Long Does Each Charge Last?
A – Average time: 2-3 hours of straight play. Shelf time when closed: 4-6 months.
Q – How Many Times Can the Battery be Recharged?
A – Endlessly - there is no limit.
Q – How Much Battery Life Will my Video Book Have at Delivery?
A – Each unit comes fully charged
Q- Is the Provided Cord Exclusively for the Video Book?
A – Yes, this cord is made specifically for this product. The cord can be used for charging the battery of your video book, or for transferring your media.

A – Yes, if you have a converter to connect the included USB cord to your phone/tablet.
Q – Can I Have More Than One Folder for Images, Videos, or Music?
A – There is only one folder for each based on the menu system you have in your video book.
Transferring Media to Your Video Book
Q – Will the Transferring of Files Work with Windows and IOS?
A – Yes it will work with both.
Q – How Do I Create Consecutive Files to Play in the Order I Want?
A – Name the files “001, 002, 003, 004…” The videos/photos will play in the order named.
Q – How Do I Resize my Images? Do I Need a Special Application for That?

Q – Is it Safe to Remove/Trash the Factory Files in my Video Book folders?
A – Yes.
Q – What Do I Do if I Unplug the Micro-USB Cable Before I Remove/Eject the “Untitled” Drive?
A – Everything will work fine. It’s just preferred to eject the drive before unplugging it.
Q – Will my Images Display if I Drop Them in the Video or Music Folders?
A – No. All media must be in their respective folders.

Q – What is the Warranty on the Legacy Video Books?
A – We offer free replacements within 90 days if components are not working properly. Once we receive the non-working unit, we will replace it.

Q – Are the Video Books Patented?
A – Yes. The Legacy Video Book is covered by 3 different patents.
Travel/Shipping
Q – Are the Video Books “Airport Safe”?
A – Yes, these are airport safe. Same as a laptop, they will just ask you to keep in your carry-on.
Q – When Shipping the Video Book, are there shipping restrictions I should be aware of?
A – Yes. These contain lithium-ion batteries. This must be noted when shipping and can only be shipped via ground. Each Video Book must also be packed facing opposite the one next to it. If not, the magnets will activate and the books will start to play.
